Did you know we were the first mobile home dealership in California? Harry Macy, Sr. opened our doors to the Southern California community back in 1951 when no other mobile homes dealer had. Realizing the potential of providing affordable housing to those looking for their dream home, mobile homes were perfect for the community.
Since 1951 we have grown from selling just mobile homes to now selling both manufactured homes and modular homes. We originally started off selling in Southern California Ventura and Los Angles Counties but we have since opened a second location serving the Central Coast Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo Counties.
