FACTORY TOURS FROM SILVERCREST AND GENESIS HOMES
Our premier manufacturers have provided tours of their factories to showcase how a modern manufactured home is nothing like the mobile homes or trailers of the past. The way manufactured homes are built has changed tremendously since the years of mobile homes. The reason for the change? Today, all manufactured homes have to following the U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development building regulations. While each home is being built, they are inspected by 3rd party building inspectors to ensure each home meets the federal building standards.
