Curious What Parks Are In Your Area?
With so many mobile home parks around town to place a new manufactured home, it’s hard to keep track of which park is which. Lucky for you, Macy Homes has compiled a handy list of all the mobile home parks across the 3 main counties we service: Ventura, Santa Barbara, and San Luis Obispo Counties.
The parks within each of those counties are broken down between 2 regions, North or South, East or West. Within each of those regions, the mobile home parks are listed under the City they are located in. We list the address for each park along with whether the park is an “All Age Park” or a park for “Seniors 55+”. Also, in some parks, the residents own the land their manufactured home sits on (though this is rare). We have also listed if you “Own Land” in the park or not, though most parks you rent the land.
