Quality

Manufactured homes have the same life expectancy (55 years) as conventionally built homes. Constructed to comply with the National Manufactured Home Construction and Safety Standards (HUD code), many of the regulatory standards for manufactured homes are higher than those for conventionally built homes. For example, the federal government requires that only kiln-dried lumber be used in manufactured homes and that all walls be physically strapped to the floor and roof. Our homes travel on trucks at 60 miles per hour on the freeway to your site and still pass all standards. This is testament to how well they’re built.

Variety
It’s not just the quality construction that makes our homes outstanding. Modern manufactured homes offer a wide variety of amenities, too. Choose a variety of floor plans, architectural options (including roofing options) and interior appointments. You can customize your home to your lifestyle, budget and taste.
